A paper streamer from his forehead seems to pass from his forehead over Wichita, Kansas to Louisiana, where I found a trace of Louisiana support for CloudVisions in a smiling figure seeming to uphold the paper streamer. The stretch of the Rio Grande that George is reaching for resembles his dong, as if he was pulling for the Louisiana motion. The cloud-cover has signaled "Luke-Ass" by putting a big beautiful ass behind George all up and down the West Coast, while he "looks" at something. What this might mean is that George Lucas himself read Cloud Visions 69, corresponding to the paper streamer coming from his forehead over Wichita, Kansas. It might also have something to do with Lukevision, (not to be confused with Lucasfilm) associated with Wichita Visioneering.
