Here we have some ghost figures resembling ethnologists or Darwin's evolved apes sporting beards and musing over the map, with one of them running a ghostly finger from Houston through Midland, Texas, both President George W. Bush heartland sites where the President grew up. Note the ape on a limb imaged in the Atlantic off the East Coast. The large character running his finger from Houston to Midland is very hairy, and his lip runs down to Cheyenne, Wyoming. Perhaps he is from a cold climate where men were raised to be unusually hairy. His eye is in northwestern North Dakota. The East Coast character with the open mouth resembles Charles Darwin.

The Darwinian man on the East Coast has a bit of fluff thrown into his mouth like a hunk of French bread by West Coast man with a Van Dyke. This reminds me of a communion gesture or Eucharistic gag. Perhaps this is connected with the Methodism of President Bush.
The East Coast Darwin-like figure also has the state of Tennessee in his mouth from the Indian figure with his boots in Louisiana. It looks like the spirits kidding Darwin that he may have been fooled in a show in which an observable world of mythical, magical spirits coexists with the usual material scientific picture of existence.

The hog crowding in reminds me of a joke my father told me about two sex-hungry men on a Friday night:
One man said to the other, well, why not the pigs? So they went out back to the pig pen and one of them tried it, but gave up, saying "I just can't seem to get it up for those pigs." The other one smiled and replied: "Well no wonder...you picked the ugliest one of the bunch!"

This image formed while I was digressing on colon polyp treatment links. A rubber-gloved hand comes down from Canada to bar a medical enthusiast wearing a stethoscope from tooting to the Cat in a Hat. On the other side, a rat rises from Cuba as if to say: "I, Fidel Castro, a medical doctor, am also pleased to heal this problem." I note that the trail from Houston to Midland has become an exceptional erection.
